I know that people sometimes buy a new car because they feel guilty about a broken one, and then regret buying a new one because of it. But that’s not the case here. You probably already saw the price of a car being lowered to $30,000 because of the warranty (which is quite generous but a bit of a stretch on the new car market). That price will be lowered again in the near future. The warranty is one of those things that makes the car so much more expensive to buy and then to maintain.
