I can’t believe that I waited so long to write this. A few weeks before the holidays, I had a very stressful situation at work, which made me go through a lot of self-reflection. I kept thinking that I shouldn’t be the person I am, that others would see me differently, and that I was somehow causing the problem. After a few days of self-reflection, I realized that I was in fact the problem.

I got so much stuff wrong. For example, my boss was very nice, but he was not my friend. I am not my boss’s friend. He has no friends. I never said that I was his friend. I said, “I work for my boss”. Even though I work for my boss, I am not his friend. I was just being nice, giving him a compliment. I was wrong. And as I wrote this I realized that this is not a new problem.

You’re an employee at a company with a mission statement that includes “promote and help staff members make a positive contribution to the company.” And yet, instead you’re just an employee. You’re not even an employee anymore. Maybe you’re an employee who works for your boss, but you’re not an employee at all. You’re a cog in the machine.

People who work for their bosses are not an employee. Youre an employee. In fact, you are an employee with no loyalty to your employer and no respect for the company you work for. Your actions affect the company, and if you don’t like what someone else is doing, you let them know and you get out. That’s not an employee. That’s a cog in the machine, and that’s a problem.

This is one of those things that is so frustrating when you read it. Its such a blatant contradiction to the way I thought the world worked! But I have to tell you, I was so shocked by the fact that someone would have to be able to make a decision like this that I was actually very surprised. But why, you may ask? Well, because you are not an employee, you are not even an employee of the company you work for.

One of the most common arguments for having a formal employment contract is that it’s easier to get fired or at least get laid off. I think that’s sort of like being a cop and being forced to do paperwork. Sure you can get laid off, but that’s an act of violence, it’s not actually an act of firing.

I think one of the biggest mistakes you can make when deciding on how to structure your employment contract is that you don’t think about the employee’s role within the company. In fact, I’ve heard people say that every employee of a company should sign a contract that says something like “I will serve the company faithfully and do my best to do my job.

This is true, but employees are also a product of the company. They are not the same as the product itself. So if you think that you are going to get a certain number of hours for each week, you really need to have a sense of what it means to work for a company.

The company is the product of its employees because no company would exist without employees. The products are the products of the company because no company would exist without products. So if you are trying to figure out whether a company is good or bad for your company (and whether a company is good for your company is a very big question), you need to look at the people who make these products, how they work, how they think, and how they act.

We are a company of 100,000 employees and we are constantly changing and evolving and improving what we do with that 100,000 people, so it is our responsibility to be transparent if we are a good company.
